Tacoma’s Quiet Little Neighborhood You Didn’t Know You Needed

A Location That Works With Your Life

Tucked quietly into South Tacoma, Hunter’s Prairie is one of those rare finds, a hidden pocket where the Cul de sac is peaceful, a little more connected, and a lot more convenient than you’d expect.

This small cul-de-sac of late 90’s-built homes offers something increasingly hard to find: a true sense of community, without sacrificing access to shopping, restaurants, recreation and more.

  • A comfortable HOA that protects the neighborhood, without overreaching
  • A tucked-away playground where laughter carries on summer evenings
  • A cul-de-sac where there’s no through traffic, just neighbors coming home
  • And, as the sellers put it simply: “Great neighbors.”

A Location That Works With Your Life

Living here means you’re minutes from it all yet tucked far enough away to feel removed from the noise. Quick access to I-5 makes commuting to Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Downtown Tacoma, or even a spontaneous shopping trip to Tacoma Mall effortless.

Daily essentials? Covered. From major grocery stores to international markets like H-Mart and Boo Han, to the growing energy along South Tacoma Way where restaurants, nightlife, and local festivals bring vibrancy to the area you’re never far from what you need or want. Catch a movie at the Regal Cinema - minutes away!

And when it’s time to slow down, you’ll love being just steps from Oak Tree Park, a green backdrop that adds both beauty and breathing room to your everyday life.

In a market where location often means compromise, Hunter’s Prairie offers something different.

It’s connected, but calm.

Convenient, but quiet.
Established, yet still undiscovered.

STORIES FROM HOME

"From the moment we began working with Madison and Regina, we knew we were in exceptional hands. Their gracious professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine warmth shaped every step of our journey.

Although we’ve purchased homes before, their continual updates, thoughtful explanations, and steady, patient support made us feel genuinely cared for.
When we unexpectedly lost a property due to an unethical selling agent, they stood by us with calm, unwavering professionalism.

We wholeheartedly recommend trusting this exceptional team with life’s most important real estate milestones. Their stylish eye, family‑centered spirit, and heartfelt dedication set them apart in every way. When the day comes for a new chapter and the search for our final, forever dream home, we will undoubtedly call on Madison and Regina again." E. SANDSTROM | TACOMA, WA

For the person who loves a moment, a beautiful table, and bringing people together— but maybe doesn’t want an entire closet dedicated to candlesticks and vintage glassware.

The Market Has Changed. The Strategy Should, Too. The real estate market we got used to from 2019–2022 is gone. Homes aren’t automatically selling in a weekend, multiple offers aren’t a given, and buyers are moving with more caution. We’ve been watching the shift happen for a few years, but it feels official now: buyers and sellers are operating in a new reality—and the old playbook doesn’t work the way it used to.

Sometimes the best local finds happen completely by accident. Last Tuesday, we were on a mission for fresh produce. With the recent lettuce parasite concerns and other produce recalls top of mind, we decided to skip our usual grocery store run and head to the Lakewood Farmers Market. Except… apparently we picked the one Tuesday it wasn't happening. Naturally, we Googled “farm stand near me.” The place with some of the best reviews was about 20 minutes away, tucked into the Puyallup River Valley: Wild Hare Organic Farm . So, off we went.
