Peaceful living, generous space, and commuter convenience!

If you’re searching for a neighborhood that blends peaceful living, generous space, and commuter convenience, Cloverdale Court SW in Lakewood deserves a spot on your radar. Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from everything, this little pocket of homes has the kind of charm that people stumble upon and then hold onto for years.

We recently had the pleasure of representing another seller here, and it reminded us what a true gem this neighborhood is. Established homes, larger lots, and a calm setting create the kind of lifestyle that’s becoming harder to find especially this close to major amenities.

For buyers relocating to the area, especially those connected to Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Cloverdale Court offers a location that checks all the boxes.

Why people fall in love with this neighborhood:

Quiet cul-de-sac living – No through traffic means a peaceful environment perfect for evening walks, bike rides, and neighborly connections.

  • Large, established lots – Enjoy space to garden, entertain, or simply stretch out and enjoy your surroundings.
  • Close to everything – Just minutes to shopping, restaurants, gyms, and daily conveniences at Lakewood Towne Center.
  • Ideal for commuters – Quick access to Interstate 5 makes heading north to Tacoma or south toward Olympia easy.
  • Perfect for military families – Convenient proximity to Joint Base Lewis-McChord makes commuting to base simple.
  • Recreation next door – Just moments away is the popular Lakewood Racquet & Sports Club, offering tennis, fitness, swimming, and community events.
  • Improving infrastructure – The City of Lakewood is enhancing 112th with new sidewalks and lighting, making the area even more walkable and connected.

What we love most about Cloverdale Court is that it offers that rare combination of tucked-away tranquility and everyday convenience. It feels like a quiet neighborhood retreat while still being close to the pulse of the community.

In a region where many neighborhoods feel busy or tightly packed, Clover Date Court stands out as a place where space, calm, and location come together beautifully. Here is a link to a lifestyle video that we did for a home here awhile back.

And if you ask us? Neighborhoods like this are exactly what many relocating buyers; especially those moving to the JBLM area are hoping to find.

STORIES FROM HOME

"From the moment we began working with Madison and Regina, we knew we were in exceptional hands. Their gracious professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine warmth shaped every step of our journey.

Although we’ve purchased homes before, their continual updates, thoughtful explanations, and steady, patient support made us feel genuinely cared for.
When we unexpectedly lost a property due to an unethical selling agent, they stood by us with calm, unwavering professionalism.

We wholeheartedly recommend trusting this exceptional team with life’s most important real estate milestones. Their stylish eye, family‑centered spirit, and heartfelt dedication set them apart in every way. When the day comes for a new chapter and the search for our final, forever dream home, we will undoubtedly call on Madison and Regina again." E. SANDSTROM | TACOMA, WA

For the person who loves a moment, a beautiful table, and bringing people together— but maybe doesn’t want an entire closet dedicated to candlesticks and vintage glassware.

The Market Has Changed. The Strategy Should, Too. The real estate market we got used to from 2019–2022 is gone. Homes aren’t automatically selling in a weekend, multiple offers aren’t a given, and buyers are moving with more caution. We’ve been watching the shift happen for a few years, but it feels official now: buyers and sellers are operating in a new reality—and the old playbook doesn’t work the way it used to.

Sometimes the best local finds happen completely by accident. Last Tuesday, we were on a mission for fresh produce. With the recent lettuce parasite concerns and other produce recalls top of mind, we decided to skip our usual grocery store run and head to the Lakewood Farmers Market. Except… apparently we picked the one Tuesday it wasn't happening. Naturally, we Googled “farm stand near me.” The place with some of the best reviews was about 20 minutes away, tucked into the Puyallup River Valley: Wild Hare Organic Farm . So, off we went.
